What is EFT (Tapping)

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping,
is a gentle, practical tool that helps calm the body’s stress response.

It involves lightly tapping on specific points on the face and body
while focusing on what’s coming up for you.

This helps reduce emotional intensity,
so you can feel more grounded, think more clearly,
and respond in a different way.

How does it work?

EFT combines elements of modern psychology
with acupressure points used in traditional Chinese medicine —
without the need for needles.

When we’re stressed or overwhelmed, the nervous system becomes activated.

Tapping helps signal safety to the body,
allowing it to settle and shift out of that heightened state.
