What is EFT

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)


Often called Tapping,


Is a gentle, practical tool that works with your body’s stress response.

Using light tapping on specific points on the face and body,
we help calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity —
so you can think more clearly, feel more grounded, and respond differently.

It combines elements of modern psychology with acupressure points
used in traditional Chinese medicine — without the need for needles.


Simple.
Effective.
And something you can learn to use in your everyday life.

I’m Trudi—a Clinical EFT Practitioner with a background in corporate and the performing arts.

I understand what it’s like to manage pressure, overthink, and keep going — even when things feel overwhelming underneath.

My approach is calm, practical, and client-led—creating a space where you can feel supported, not judged
