For over 20 years, I’ve balanced a corporate career as a Senior Executive Assistant alongside a creative life as an actor, comedian, and performer. On the outside, I was capable, organised, and used to managing pressure.
But underneath, there were times of stress, overthinking, and pushing through — even when things felt overwhelming.

My interest in personal growth and emotional wellbeing began many years ago, as I started to explore my own patterns, limiting beliefs, and life experiences.
When EFT (Tapping) came into my life over 15 years ago, something shifted.

When EFT (Tapping) came into my life over 15 years ago, something shifted.
It wasn’t just another tool — it became a practical, accessible way to work with what was really going on beneath the surface.
I’ve used it through:
More recently, it has also supported me through the natural transitions of midlife, including the changes that come with menopause.

The impact EFT has had on my life has been profound.
Not because it “fixes” everything — but because it creates space.
Space to breathe.
Space to respond differently.
Space to feel more like yourself again.
to Heal
That’s what led me to train as a Clinical EFT Practitioner, so I can now support others in a way that feels grounded, practical, and real.

My work is completely client-led.
There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, and no expectation to “perform” or get it right.
I bring a calm, supportive presence, combined with real-life experience — from high-pressure corporate environments to creative performance spaces.

My work is completely client-led.
There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, and no expectation to “perform” or get it right.
I bring a calm, supportive presence, combined with real-life experience — from high-pressure corporate environments to creative performance spaces.
I also deeply believe in the importance of play, creativity, and connection — not just as something light, but as an essential part of our wellbeing.

Alongside my EFT work, I stay connected to my creative side through acting, comedy, and facilitation.
While healing is important, I believe it’s just as important to nurture our playful selves — to have moments of lightness, connection, and fun.
Outside of work, I love staying active, spending time with family and friends, and being near the water whenever I can.
We all need the right support and a safe space
to let go of what no longer serves us.
